RE: Critical Issue—ARS § 33-1818 Vote to Continue to Regulate Public Roadways
The
Special Meeting was held on May 13, 2025 at 5:30 pm.
The
vote to continue to regulate the public streets per the CC&Rs passed
with 58 ballots
(58 YES votes & 0 NO votes).
A big
“THANK YOU” to all of the homeowners that sent in their ballots.

Landscape
The HOA has a new landscape company as of November 2024.
The board is working with them on refreshing the landscaping within the community.
Do NOT throw items (landscape debris, tree trimmings, yard clippings, etc.) over the walls.
Dispose of your items properly. It costs the HOA extra for the landscapers to clean up non-contract items.

Sign up for e-Statements & save the HOA some $$. (check your statement for details)
Exterior Changes
Please remember that all “exterior” changes to your lot/home must be approved by the Architectural
Committee prior to performing any changes. You need to complete & submit an Architectural Request
Form and receive approval prior to any work.
